The 60th Annual Antique Tractor and Steam Engine Show was July 21-24, 2022 at the Steve Spiess Farm.

Our 2022 show features was John Deere, and our feature model was Charlie Kestel’s John Deere 4010.

Daily activities included working steam engines, steam powered sawmill, daily parade of power, tractor and machinery exhibits, fieldwork demonstrations, food and concessions, craft and flea market, antique tractor pull, garden tractor pull, kids tractor pull, kids activities, horse and wagon rides, Frankfort Brass Band live music, Civil War Living History exhibit, and more!

This year we were also proud to host, George & June Schaaf’s Grand Finale, featuring a selection of prairie tractors on display at our show. This was the last place the public could view these tractors before they go to auction with Mecum Gone Farmin’ at a live, on-site auction Sep 30-Oct 1, 2022, in Frankfort, IL. Vintage tractor aficionado George Schaaf is passionate about collecting and restoring both tractors and trucks, and his determination and talent for seeking out the best of the best is clearly visible among the offerings of his hand-selected, high-quality collection.

Mother nature was only on our side for the first half of this year’s show. We had beautiful weather on Thursday and Friday, but unfortunately had to cancel Saturday and Sunday.
