Exhibitor Information

• For the exhibition of farm machinery and agricultural related equipment.

• There is no additional cost to be an exhibitor. All exhibitors will be charged event daily admission fee. If you become a member of WCTA you receive a wristband good for the whole event. Visit our membership page for more details.

• Exhibiting is open to the public.

• Exhibitors are responsible for transportation and related costs. Equipment may be brought to the site up to 1 week in advance and must be removed within 3 days after the show.

• Exhibitors are assigned a registration number to place on their equipment.

• Exhibitors are invited and encouraged to participate in the daily Parade of Power. See schedule for times.
